Hi,
First create a new blank database with the same name as your original database. Right-click on the new database -> All Tasks -> Restore Database.

i tierd that but it gives an option of restor from first back up but that is blank so i tired to use another backup file option but change the location of the file but that didnt work either.

You can find the old .ldb and .mdb(?) and see if you can create a new db and use these as the files. They should be in the Data\ dir under SQLServer.
