Hi

I have a window.open in one of my jsp page that opens a new window and the child window does some processing and then redirects to another URL, for eg

Parent.jsp triggers child.jsp
within child.jsp i have window.location="abcd.com"

now when i click on the link in Parent.jsp it opens a new window , but i want it to open the same child window it opened earlier.

Is there a way to always open the same window , if yes can anyone please help me with it

Give them all the same name.

window.open('document.html','Name','arguments');

If every click opens a window with 'Name', all links will use the same object if it's already open.
