Code to enable edit option for every row

I would like a know any Php code format that can insert a multiple edit option automatically when a new row is generated using insert new form to Mysql and project on a webpage use Php.

What do you mean by insert new form to Mysql? Mysql deals with columns, rows and fields, not forms. Forms are dealt with by HTML and PHP.

Expound on the multiple edit part too. What do you mean by that.
