form from someones site and script on my site?

i was thinking about one mail() feature abuse if it is possible or not tell me about it..

to send a feedback form an HTML form is made for example at this address

www.poll.com/feedback.html

the now the PHP mail scripts is present at this address

www.links.com/mail.php

can this work even if the HTMl form n PHP scripts are present at differnt servers?

and if it is possible how can the execution of PHp scripts thru this method b prevented ??i mean mail() abuse thru this way..?

Unless you prevent it the scripts on your server can be executed from any other server. You can prevent abuse by checking for information like the domain or other server information and then comparing it with what it should be and only allowing the script to be executed if that information is correct.
