Web Based IIS Control Panel

I am looking for an IIS control Panel (Web Based) for a hosting company.
It must include features such as reseller control panel, admin control panel, etc... Must be able to control Front page extensions, domains, email addresses, sub domains, sql databases, dsn's, ticket system, and all the other usefull stuff :)

I would preferably like it in ASP.net, but anything can do... Also - preferably free, but once again - anything will do. An advantage would be for the application to be open source, weather i buy it or its free...

IIS provides this thing itself within the IISadmin site i believe

Im talking about something like www.perldesk.com
Does the IIS admin site have these capabilities?

with the default iisadmin site, you can do the same things from a remote location as with the iis-console on the server itself
