I was wondering!!!! How do I build a site with the member log in stuff? I have been searching the web for awhile now and I have not really gotten the help I needed! All I need to know is how do I get a thing where I can people sign up to become users of my website and have there own personal stuff on there? Please do not send me to a link that is not helpful, if you put a link on here make sure it tells me EXACTLY the codes and how I build it!

From your question it seems you're not looking to learn from scratch how to create such a feature (if you are, may I suggest a good PHP book?), but a script that you can just plug into your site. If you don't know any PHP/mySQL, unfortunately you're pretty much out of luck in terms of finding a premade script that does everything you want. Every site is different, so there's no generic script that integrates perfectly into it. Unless of course you're looking for one that basically handles every aspect of your site, from login to displaying of all your site pages. If so, a few scripts to consider are:
