Coding for newsletter subscription

Guys, i have a website http://www.suenomaintenance.com

at the bottom of the page i have a subscription field for people subscribe to our news letter...

however i dont have the revelant coding for it... can you help?

You have some decisions to make.

What happens when they submit their email?
Does it go into a database?
(it should go into a database)

If it goes to someone's email at the company, what do they do with it?

How will you keep spamming robots from hammering your subscribe box/submit button?

How do the newsletters get sent to the people?
What format are the newsletters? PDF file, or HTML emails?

okay...

i guess i would want it to go to a data base!
and a pdf newsletter would be sent!
