CSS image used twice, how to change

I am creating another site based on this site but for the other site I need the menus to be different. So wondering how to change code so that the css page references two different menus.

Depends on what you mean by different. The same CSS and menu HTML probably can be used. Just customized the presentation in the CSS file.
