I am coding a clickable email signature and adding a click-to-call button. I want people on iPhone and Android, or any other smart phone, to be able to click the button on their email and have their phone dial the number. This current tag does not work on the iPhone:

<a href="tel:5556678888">Click to Call</a>

EXTRA CREDIT! Is there a piece of code that would allow the button to call on a cell phone and also, if they are on a computer, dial with Skype. I have not been able to find an option that works. This would just be icing on the cake, my main concern is getting it to work on mobile phones universally.

Try:

<a href="tel:555-1212" target="_self">Call me on: 555-1212</a>

Skype:

<a href="skype:skype_user?call">Call me using Skype!</a>

Facetime:
