I have read that making a drop down menu is possible through css and Ive tried several things that I found on different websites but nothing seems to work. Maybe Im not doing it correctly. Can someone please help me out?

This is a horizontal navigation menu and I want a few other tabs to drop down when someone hovers over a link.

Thank you.

<div id="topnav">
<ul>
<li><a href="about.html">ABOUT</a></li>
<li><a href="tutorials.html">TUTORIALS</a></li>
<li><a href="forum.html">FORUM</a></li>
<li><a href="videos.html">VIDEOS</a></li>
<li><a href="index.html">HOME</a></li>
</ul>
</div>

#topnav { width:960px; margin-top:294px; margin-left:auto; margin-right:auto; }
#topnav ul { width: 100%; padding-left:0; margin-left:0; background-color:#000; text-align:left; float:left; }
#topnav ul li { display:inline; }
#topnav ul li a { padding:10px 15px; float:right; font-family:Georgia, "Times New Roman", Times, serif; font-size:15px; text-decoration:none; color:#fff; }
#topnav ul li a:hover { background-color:#fff; color:#060; }
