PHP & <iframe> help

if i have "page1.php"

this has a form and an iframe


and page2.php is called in the iframe also has a form

when submitting the form on page 1 how can i access the form fields in the iframe ?

or is there a way to have
<table>
<fixed data>

<table>
<scrolling data>

<table>
<fixed data>

?
