Hi,

First off I'm not too familiar with php. I bought a script, and had it installed on one of my sites. I need to add a code in the body tag. I figured it would be in the index.php but it's not. The site is www(dot)adultquestion(dot)com. Is it possible one of you guys could look at the source code and tell me what file would contain it.

Thanks in advance

you probably have a template.php file or template.html somewhere

Your main page http://www.adultquestion.com/ is an HTML page not a php page. The body starts at line 64 and goes to line 1504

Arcticwarrio I couldn't find the file you suggested. Also sunfighter, the index page is a php page. My site for some reason looks different on IE, it shows a blue header on top of the menu bar(not on opera or firefox). Also if you guys try answering a question on IE, you'll see the css is a little messed up (works fine on opera & firefox). Any of you guys willing to work out those errors for $100 via paypal (50-50)? (fix the answer page css, make sure the blue header is showing on top of the menu bar for all browsers, and find where the <body> and <header> tags are located for the site so I can paste certain scripts in there.)

Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks

To add a code to the body tag from CSS simply specify:

body {...}

where the code goes in place of the ...

To add a code to the body tag from JavaScript simply specify:

document.getElementsById('body')[0].onload = function() {...};

or substitute whatever event you want for onload.

There is nothing that ever needs to be directly added to the body tag in the HTML - it all attaches via either CSS or JavaScript.

Artic and Sun ignore my paypal offer since all I really wanted was access to the body tag. Felgall What about if I want to add something to the header through the css, would the code be something like this ' header {...} ' ? Huger thanks by the way, I'll try adding the code when I get home tonight and let you know if it works.

Thanks FelGall, I got it to work. Do you know why when you try to answer a question on IE, the answer box is pushed down so far?
