Read a file content in IE

Hi All,
I'm using fileuploader.js to upload files from system. It is working very fine in firefoxe 3.6+, chrome, safari & opera. But it is not working in IE (not even in 9)

It is giving error as follows

CRIPT5007: Unable to get value of the property 'length': object is null or undefined
fileuploader.js?body=1, line 385 character 23 in IE

Can anybody please tell me how can I get file contents in IE.

I was using "http://github.com/valums/file-uploader".
