DTD syntax checker?

Im trying to find a document that specifies the syntax for my DTD documents or a program that can do the same. Similar to a debugger. Has anyone heard of one? Can you point me in the right direction.

Hmm, I couldn't think of any directly, so I googled for one. The closest I found was an XML DTD add-in for Rational Suite DevelopmentStudio, which does check DTD syntax. However, there's some nice tools at <http://www.hitsw.com/xml_utilites/> that you could have a look at.
