Help with Search Engine Optimisation

Hi all, I am a bit of a novice when it comes to SEO. A recent website of mine does not seem to come up in google when I search for Dna Electrical. I am unsure why this is.
Can anyone help?

Meta Description, a lot of relevant content full with keywords, actively updating the site, actually submitting the site to the major search engines (https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/home?hl=en)

Also the webmaster tools as linked above will be vital to you experiment with some of the apps on there. and best of all get yourself on google maps as a listing takes a while to verify via post card but does wonders for local searches.
