I have a web site that avon has provided to me to help me sell their products. its www.youravon.com/myname ---actual site not listed for non-advertsing purpose. but i want to creat a domain and have it forward customers from www.myname.com to that site. what is the cheapest way of doing this

can someone recomend sites for me to look at.

what are all of my options in this situation

Thanks in advance

The cheapest way is free...
Several ways to do this...
If you're not concerned with search engines, try putting this in www.myname.com's head on the index:
<meta http-equiv="REFRESH"
content="1.0;url=http://www.youravon.com/myname"> :eek:

What I would do since this is business and you"ll probably be using search engines...is to make a single page search engines love and ranks high (keywords/content ratio, etc...) and submit it somehow...probably thru a forum profile. Then, when the user clicks on it in the search engine results page, it will go to your avon account. :p

SE's don't like meta refresh. I'd still do the above bit the same but instead of meta refresh, use a little asp, php, or cgi serverside redirect or thru your host's or domain's redirect. The SE's won't see this type of redirect. :o

Search hotscripts.com for a redirect of your choice.

Like I said...several ways to do this... :D
