I am having trouble coding a form that I'm doing for Netscape. It is very frustrating because Netscape 6 works fine, but Netscape 4.7 doesn't show my checkboxes.
What are the general thoughts on whether to code for Netscape or not? How many people actually use Netscape in this Microsoft driven environment?

Figures vary, but 5% seems to be average. I consider it worth supporting.

You also have to consider those who use Mozilla-based products. Mozilla itself may have a small (but growing) market share, but what about products like K-Meleon?

That's true, and it seems likely that as the new mozilla grows in market share, the old mozilla will fall away proportionately. I dunni if that's gonna be soon though. Might be a year or more.

At last count a few months ago, NS6 was at 1%.
There's a browser site somewhere if you want a update.

To helpplease: I prefer Netscape 4.7. Send me a link to your site and I'll try to help if you wish. My direct e-mail is jalarie@umich.edu.
