Change scrollbar color in div

I am using the code:

The scrollbar look is a component of the operating system and is very different on different OS’s (take Apple’s Aqua look, for example), and therefore cannot normally be changed with CSS. There are JavaScript solutions, though. You just have to use the search functionality of this forum or on the internet generally, it’s not hard.
