Invisonfree CSS colours.

Hi people, it's the annoying brat, aka Kaze-2 again! This time a question that shouldn't be hard, can you change the following code so that all text is black, all tables are the colour of the first (Xs4all)) image, and the links highlight with just a little when looked at? It would be very kind of you to do this for me! The rest i'll iether change myself when it works or i'll ask again if i have to.

Forget it, that's useless, it would take out all the prettyness. Um...-Brainstorms- Try to only make the tables the right colour? And i know i should be learning CSS, but it's a little above my hat right now.
