Header color issue

This is another wootheme.
I am after the words IAFE2011
again I cannot seem to change the color, which obviously needs changed

this is what I have and it obviously does not work

I am thinking too it might be fine to box it in
I know how do that with div style - but not sure how to do it here , like a white background box with maybe dark red lettering and a border.
Can you help?

Thanks for trying to help me. Apparently IE9 did not keep up (nor did Chrome) witht the changes I was making on the site yesterday. I did dump my cache a few times while I was working. At any rate the page I was going to have you fix yesterday - cause I "thought" I could not get rid of it - is now of course gone this morning and is no longer an issue. What is an issue is that the browsers don't keep up with the changes I make fast enough and I guess I just have to wait a day till they do.
