Yellow background for forms

Has any of you been getting this lately? A form with a field with a a yellow background? I guess this is a computer issue.....

Does anyone know why? See the attached image....

Did you just install the Google toolbar? It is doing it. You gotta go in the toolbar options for it and turn of "highlight fields that can save autocomplete" (or something like that).
