Change the confirm's buttons labels

Hello! I want to change the label of the confirm() window buttons to 'save changes' and 'discard change'. It is possible? How can I do it?

Ok! is a solution, but it isn't possible to change the label of the buttons on the confirm() window (or the alert() & prompt() window) via javascript o css?
