PHP question.

Hi,
Where is the best place or best tutorial for a total noob to learn PHP? want to learn it for a few reasons.

Many places will help you learn but the key is to stay motivated. You also need to experiment - by that I mean look at code, copy it, learn what it does, try to modify it to do something else, etc. Just sitting there looking at it on screen and thinking you can do it because you looked at code are two different things.
