Very interesting indeed...
I think SCO better wise up and reveal what they call "code misappropriated" or "infringing code"...
Their fight, is with IBM... It seems to me that they are trying to use the "Uncle Tom" routine to strum up support by selling out the people who would actually be their closest allies... They need to let the OSI, heck the whole Open Source community, off the hook and work with them to resolve the issue...

Aye - and if their intention is genuinely to protect their intellectual property from unfair use, rather than a desperate attempt to raise their stock price by clutching at legal straws, then one would hope they will.
