Hi,

My company are deciding whether to go down the microsoft route or java route when it comes to middle tier programming.

Once I have wrote a J2EE or EJB what web programming languages can be used to invoke it?

Also what are your views on EJB or J2EE over COM+?

Thanks

You can use Java or C++ (through Java Native Interface (http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.3/docs/guide/jni/)). You can however use Corba to connect more languages (http://www.omg.org/gettingstarted/corbafaq.htm#HowWork).
Java API: org.omg.CORBA package (http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/org/omg/CORBA/package-summary.html)
