hey not sure if this is the right forum but...
i have a 1.65gb wmv in 15mbps vbr but i want to test it out on a vcd first before using a $aud20 dvd... but its too big... how can i make it smaller keeping my 15mbps

Without lowering quality, you'd have to crop the running time down.
