how can I configure session.cookie_secure?

I need to initialize configure session.cookie_secure on my whole project.

How can I initialize it? using init? like init(session.cookie_secure, 1)?

how so? session.cookie_secure is a configuration setting and this page tells you, how to change it (given that you read all of the article and not just the first sentences).
