combo box not expanding on top

i am having a problem with a combo box i have on my form the problem is when i expand it it is expanding behind my labels and text boxes i tried the arrange option and that did not work any idea why? here is a image of what is happening thanks...

hi ok here is the link to see what is going on just click Submit Name then click next then you will see the combo boxes if you pick a date you will see the problem im having thanks...
