If u want a VPN well your going to have to pay for it. Hide my *** is a good one.
Question you need to ask
How much am I willing to pay
What do I need it for
What servers will I need
What speeds do they offer
Hot shield is a nice free one but if your outside the us and want to watch Hulu or fox you will need a paid version of VPN

TOR is always a good choice.
If not TOR use Cyber Ghost.

if you just want to browse the web anonymously, download this:
is a pre-configured browser set up to use tor. its more anonymous than even using a vpn since it goes through a random number of proxies, and encrypted at every step and even a proxy doesn't know who its going to or from so....
It's what's called onion browsing

Try Proxpn, but like all the free options, you will only get limited downloads/bandwidth. If there are no limits, the other catch will probably be advertisements.

Choosing a perfect VPN service is a big problem. Sometimes, you mistakenly got a low speed vpn server for your organization. Please keep in mind the basic hints before selecting the vpn server.
Check the security system and monthly charges of vpn.
Read carefully terms and conditions mentioned in the instruction book.
