Best Keyword software?

Hello. I am trying to find my way around SEO. My dilemna is ..... "Keywords"

I know that there is "Google Analytics" and such, and I am starting to believe that they can be very, very tedious.

Can anyone steer me in a direction or recommend a good "paid" software?
I am on a budget, but I see that I can purchase "SEO Power Suite (pro)" for $249. I would sincerely appreciate any advice. Buffmin

Most of the SEO keywords tools extract keywords from Google external keyword tool site.
Try to spend time on Google External keyword tool to identify useful keywords. Also, have a look at the Google trends for keyword trends which will give you some fair idea about few upcoming keywords.
Apart from that, SEO tools like traffic travis etc are helpful in promotional activities and exploiting the competitor techniques. However, a tool purely for keyword analysis is not worth enough.

I have found you get different results with google's keyword tool if use the external tool vs the internal tool. And you definitely want to play around with the matching and make sure you understand how they work ie exact match.

I've also found that sometimes you can get more options / info if you search for multiple versions of the keyword at the same time.

I would say about two best keyword softwares. The first one is SEObook. Certainly this is very helpful tool. Another tool is Wordtracker. These two are really very effective keyword tool. Although, all the keyword tools follow collect keywords from Google keyword tools. Google keywords tools are very helpful like others google products.

You need to get SEOmoz in your life. Their whole suite of tools is very good.
