exchange server mail backup

If i want to take backup of my Exchange server all user mails, which directory should be taken backup?

Exchange stores all of the emails and stuff in a compressed data file. If you have lots of users it should be easy to spot, it is gonna be huge. If you can't find it by that, then you can look the the enterprise manager and see if it says where data storage location is.
