if i resize the browser window then scroll , anything that is a css backround is cutted, i join a file so you can understand.
so the black color of the footer goes 100% but now is cutted.
Impossible to help without a link to your page (preferably) or your full html and css.
Have a try with:
<div style="" id="footer">
<div style="margin: 0pt auto; position: relative;">
<div style="position: absolute; margin-top: -24px; right: 0pt;">
background: url("../img/menu_lang_default.png") repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
That way the "Langue" tab does not stick out and there are no horizontal scrollbars down to about 954px wide, when a scrollbar appears because of the width here:
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 white;
Lose that width as well - try making it a percentage width - and there's no scrollbar down to about 630px.

nothing helpful in your code, i would say a load of cr**
Well, I have to say in three years that's the rudest reply I've ever had.
I've no intention of explaining further, and would suggest others do not bother either.
