Help me on making a link to every user profile

Hi,
I am creating a small social website which user upload profile image and can comment.

But when a user comment and you click on his picture or on his post ,it still stays and talks you to your own profile instead of taking you to that person profile.

I'm now developing it on my local sever and here is the link

In my own profile link is http://localhost/k_poly/profile.php?Clement.Osei%20Tutu

And other user profile is http://localhost/k_poly/profile.php?uid=10


Can someone help to me what to do so that when you click on anyone picture ,it wil take you to his profile as facebook and others do

Are you telling us that when you do this it works OK?

But when you do this, it doesn't work?

Yes profile.php?Clement.Osei%20Tutu and profile.php?uid=10 does not work when you click user post name .

Any advice sir, and one thing i realize from facebook and other social site is the link of each user profile goes this way profile.php/clement.seitut (means the user name follows the profile address.)

But when i try that it does not work for me.

Any help..
