Need coding to retrieve and compile external data

1) Project Details:

Currently looking for a developer/coder to create a interface to retrieve and compile bidding data in real time from an external source (similar to how AllPennyAuctions.com does on their "Ending Soon" section, but for only one auction site) This interface would be for private use (not publicly accessible) and is not intended to copy and/or infringe on APA in any way. In addition there would need to be the ability to manually update bidder statistics/categories via a simple Admin Panel. There is some other necessary features that I'll cover during communication.

This doesn't need to be anything visually flashy, I can handle the cosmetics, but the coding/database end of it is outside the scope of my knowledge. I would prefer the coding to be done in PHP, as I have a basic familiarity with that language should minor changes need to be made in the future.


2) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?):

Timeframe: As soon as possible
Payment Method: Paypal, etc

Would definitely be a plus to use Yahoo Messenger or MSN Messenger to communicate the full details and scope of the project. Somewhat difficult to convey clearly in via PM/Email, but could be "walked through" in 5 minutes over Messenger to give a full understanding of the development needs.
