I don't get it how ? For instance if I am paying $20/month for a reseller hosting service how do I make $ through that ?

Also what if I get some guy who owns 25+ websites to move to my own host(which I bought as a reseller account) how do I make $ from that ?

Sorry if I was not clear enough. Lets suppose I sign up for this re-seller program : http://www.hostgator.com/resellers.shtml

Then make my website for example clicckhosting.com. So ultimately I am selling hostgator hosting but it is masked in my website right ?

so lets say I make 3 sales in the first month how much do I make ?

Or lets suppose I have a guy that already owns 25+ websites and I make him sign up through my website hosting service how much do I make from that ?

Did you see the tons of video tutorials about reseller accounts on hostgators site?

http://www.hostgator.com/tutorials.shtml#whm_resellers

I didnt look at all of them, but would assume they descibe the process and particulars of a reseller account admin.

hmm OK then I would think, since you are selling space on your server, you'd set up a paypal account and charge ppl a monthly/yearly fee just like hostgator is charging you. Not sure I can give you a dollar amount of what to charge. I would think it would be safe to suggest a reasonable fee of no more than your cost, or possibly less.

But again, going through those tutorials will give you the foundation of how to administer your server to your clients.

You do research. Find out how much other hosting companies are charging, what their hosting plans/packages are and you either match the price or go less than them. Use a payment gateway to take payments, such as paypal.
