WIN9x sharing password

Everytime in WIN9x, when we give sharing to a folder with depends on password option,
it asks for the password in other system along with the option of SAVE this password in the list with a check mark.
Now, is it possible to modify this password popup screen without that save password option?
or else where these password will be saved?

You can't remove that option from the dialog box.

And the passwords are saved in an encrypted file someone where in the windows directory I believe.
