I own a company in the payments services industry and I'm looking for a web developer that is based in London UK.

Must need to:

-Be able to build a payment gateway from scratch.
-Speak fluent English.
-Be familiar with Virtual Terminals, Fraud Scrubbing Technology etc.
-Be willing to work flexible hours.
