Morning, I am playing around with css/php and I've got a problem I can't seem to get around.

This is how my website is built: http://i.imgur.com/hU5g8.png
I get my data into the Contentbox by including neccessary files, in the picture above I am including main.php for example. Using this url
http://127.0.0.1:81/hsuite/index.php?inc=main

Now my problem is that I would like to have a submit button in my contentbox and have the output of it afterwards, too.

I'd like to have my url this way:

http://127.0.0.1:81/hsuite/index.php?inc=submittest&input=morning

I've been trying for a while but can't seem to figure a way out without messing something else up so I am open for any help! :)
If you need any other info please let me know.

I don't recommend putting input values into a url for security reasons. Unless it's encrypted, but still.
