CSS renders differently on Index page

Hi guys...

Thank you in advance for your help...

Here is the small CSS problem I am having:

On our index page - http://sibergen.com/index.html - the phone number (upper right hand corner) is rendering in bold and causing and overflow. On the other pages of the site it renders correctly.

This page was written by a 3rd party, so its not very clean, but can anyone diagnose why these pages would render differently?

...in the head section of the document. :eek:
