Hello evilgandhi,
That site you link to (http://www.lucypeacock.com/) is a new page for each #content section. The browsers cache is working to load the #sidbar and menu so it looks like it never left.

As an example, have a look at - http://nopeople.com/evilgandhi/about.html I only did the first 3 pages so you'd have something to flip back and forth through.

The code you are starting with has errors in it. Check the links in my signature line about validating, that can be a big help to you.

To make this even easier, your menu can be a server side include (http://www.tizag.com/phpT/include.php) so you don't have to edit changes to it in 5 different pages. One file to edit and the changes are reflected to all your pages that have the include.

Hi i think i understand what your saying, I just can't find the line of code that is telling the browser to cache it?....... OR do i not need to add any extra code?

thank you.
