can i shut off refresh f5

I recently downloaded a trafficexchange script it was full of errors and in php.fixed almost all script problems but one whan you view on the surf page an click on refresh or f5 key it give the surfer free credits.most traffic scripts have this problem fixed to where it is disabled only on the surf page.Is there a script or a code i can insert into my surfbar code that can accomplish this task?

im try to stop other people from getting free credits on my traffic exchange it was brought to my attention that this was a error in the script i now own and run for a business.i tryed it and it did just what was told to me.the person who informed me of this problem didnt know much about php coding and couldnt help me fix need help bad

Fix the script without disableing refresh. Nothing is going to stop you from disableing F5 in NS.
