No CGI-Bin...Am I Screwed?

I have no CGI-Bin on my domain. They only way I can get it is to pay an extra twenty-five dollars a month or something like that. And so, I was wondering if it's at all possible that I could use a CGI-Bin that's not part of my domain. Like, a site that has CGI-Bins and I could borrow theirs for my scripts. Is that even remotely possible? I can't afford to pay for the CGI-Bin...

Actually, one of my friend's gave me access to the domain. So, I don't pay anything. The problem is that I talked to him and he said that I could get the CGI-Bin if I paid for it. And I don't have any money...

Yeah, well, he's paying for it. So, I have no control over what goes on with that....I was just hoping that there are sites out there that lend out CGI hosting or something...I mean, I'm sure there are, I just want ones that won't make me pay anything!:)

I think they should help with primary hosting.

My favorite hosts are: Host Department (they just have text links on the bottom, but don't expect your webpages to validate under W3C. Those morons can't even close a font tag! :D ) and port5.com listed above (the one I'm currently using. i love the SSI included in the free package.)

Since this is a CGI thread, is there a way to write HTML headers in CGI just like you can include files in SSI? Just wondering if it's possible.
