CSS Positioning Distorted when minimize browser size

hey guys,
i searched through all the threads and couldn't find the answer to my problem..maybe youll be able to help.
im working on this website:

for some reason when i minimize the window everything else distorts and collapses.
i tried to use min-width and other similiar solutions but nothing seems to work.
any ideas? ill be grateful.

Looks like you're serving specific css that changes with screen-width:

which is what you are seeing when you reduce the viewport.
