Looking for an open source sofrware to generate newsletters

I thought I'd tap the community to see what other open source newsletter software is out there.

I found phplist (http://www.phplist.com/) which boasts itself as the world most popular open source email newsletter software package.

So is there anything else out there?? Let me know!
