CSS code for arranging blog

hi I'm new here..can anyone help me..
i had a tumblr blog and i get a code from blog skins site..then i convert my blogskins to tumblr layout but my problem is i cant put a scroll bar on my post on my tumblr ..
how do i make a scroll on my tumblr? it conflicts on my css code ,,:(
