How to disable title pane in rollover

How would I make it so that that box caption when you roll over a link and the alt or title text shows up, DOESNT show up? For example, in coy-design.com/test/mail.html - when you roll over an image that annoying box pops up and covers much of the roll over in some cases. How do I change this?

Maybe you could look in your html and find the line of code that introduces that particular image. You may find "title="sample_text" in that line of code. Just remove the text from inside the quotation marks. Maybe this will work for you.
