Hey.
I'm going to make this short.

My wireless mouse suddenly disconnected, at this time my computer was working fine.

I rebooted my computer due to the mouse not connecting.

When I try to boot it up again it says "Toshiba" and then it redirects me to a grey underscore on a black screen.

The underscore isn't blinking.

Thanks for your help!

Your operating system got corrupted somehow. Most of the boot up of problem because of registry missing or crashed, file deleted or changed. Here is the solution to boot up your Windows:
Boot up with Tenorshare Data Recovery WinPE.

This tutorial may help. http://www.any-data-recovery.com/windows-data-recovery.htm
