Suggestion: HTML Multiple User News System

Hi there,

Does anyone know how is it possible to create a news system whereby multiple users can post news as news author when he or she is given the authority by the admin to do so?

This must be done in HTML.

Sounds like typical blog/CMS functionality to me. Look into Movable Type, Wordpress, or any other software that has blog/news modules. You can compare a few free ones on http://www.opensourcecms.com/

Yes I suppose I need a CMS. I am trying to avoid Wordpress or any other typical blog like stuff because my website contains reviews and so on which isn't appropriate if I use blog like related stuff.

Do you have any recommendation of CMS that I can use on Webs? :)

Edit: OK actually, is it possible to incorporate Wordpress content into a body section of my website using HTML (without having to have my entire website being run by Wordpress)?
