getting started with simple cms/post system

hi where should I get started teaching myself a simple system where on one page I have the option to create a post then submit that and it either posts in a certain format too that same page or another page like the homepage. Pretty much a simple wordpress blog type thing.

Search Google for PHP/MySQL.
Your forms write the data into a database.
Your pages, when they are displayed, goes into the database
and pulls out the posts by page number, category, etc. ...
depending on how you want to organize them.
