ecommerce hosting recommendation

Can anyone recommend good hosting for a busy ecommerce site with about 2000 products? Needs good backup systems, good uptime rate, good tech support and I'm willing to go for a dedicated server since it's not the only site I manage.

The site runs OpenCart.

Did you find a shopping cart provider yet?
